My fridge is frozen at the back and some food is coming out frozen even when not touching the back of the fridge. I have the temperature set at 1 and the fast freeze off (button out). I have scraped a lot of the ice off but how can I stop this happening?

To stop your Hotpoint FFA52 Series fridge from freezing food at the back, ensure cold air circulates freely by not blocking the ventilation holes with food or containers. Additionally, check that the temperature is set correctly and avoid placing hot food directly inside, as this can cause the compressor to work harder. Regularly check and clean the door seals to maintain proper insulation.
