To start the ProForm XT 70 Incline Trainer, follow these steps:

1. Use the increase/decrease buttons next to the Enter button to highlight "Workouts."
2. Press Enter.
3. Use the increase/decrease buttons to highlight the desired workout category and press Enter.
4. You can also press "Walk" or "Run" to choose a workout.
5. Once a workout is selected, the display will show the name, duration, max speed setting, suggested incline, and a speed profile.
6. Adjust the incline level and shock cylinder firmness if needed.
7. Enter your weight.
8. Start the workout.

    ASSEMBLY To hire an authorized service technician to assemble the treadmill, call 1-800-445-2480. Assembly requires two persons. Set the treadmill in a cleared area and remove all packing materials. Do not dispose of the packing materials until assembly is completed. Note: The underside of the treadmill walking belt is coated with high-performance lubricant.
