Several years ago, I purchased a new C3, and one of the critical functions was pedal RPM..........so yesterday I got a brand new C3, and it does not have the RPM function on the Go Console..........is there a way I can approximate the pedal RPM when i'm in manual W/O by viewing my speed?

The Lifecycle C3 exercise bike automatically adjusts pedal resistance based on RPM in manual workout mode. To approximate your pedal RPM, observe the resistance changes: - If resistance increases, your RPM has slowed. - If resistance decreases, your RPM has increased.
Since the bike maintains a "constant work" system, you can estimate RPM by maintaining a consistent pedaling speed and noting resistance changes. The console does not provide direct RPM readings but adjusting resistance and pedaling at a steady pace can help gauge your effort level.
