Once I set temp and hold (heat and auto ****) should the run schedule be visible in first window? Furnace seems to go on then off.

The "Run Schedule" option appears after setting the temperature and using the "Hold" function on the Honeywell FOCUSPRO TH6000. Pressing "Run Schedule" cancels the permanent hold and resumes the programmed schedule.
The furnace turns on and off due to multiple possible reasons: 1. The system setting may not match the desired mode (Heat/Cool). 2. The temperature setting may not be correctly adjusted relative to the room temperature. 3. A circuit breaker may have tripped. 4. The heating or cooling system power switch may be off. 5. The furnace door may not be securely closed. 6. A built-in compressor protection feature may be engaged, delaying system operation for 5 minutes.
