Meijer.com CONSUMER INFORMATION SHEET FOR PLAYGROUND SURFACING MATERIALS The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) estimates that about 100,000 playground equipment-related injuries resulting from falls to the ground surface are treated annually in U.S. hospital emergency rooms. Injuries involving this hazard pattern tend to be among the most serious of all playground injuries, and have the potential to be fatal, particularly when the injury is to the head.

Meijer.com ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Tools Required for Assembling the Equipment: Two Adjustable Wrenches and Allen Wrench NOTE: It is strongly recommended that two or more people assemble this machine to avoid possible injury. STEP 1 (See Diagram 1) A.) Place the two Base Stabilizers (#5) on a flat surface. Attach one end of the Main Frame (#1) to a Base Stabilizer.
Page 8 Meijer.com STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Insert one Seat Support (#3) into one end of the Swing Frame (#2). Attach one Handle Frame (#4) onto the Seat Support. Align the holes. Secure the Handle Frame, Seat Support, and Swing Frame together with two M10 x 2 5/8” Allen Bolts (#9), four Ø ¾” Bent Washers (#13), and two M10 Aircraft Nuts (#16).
