KNOW yOUR BLOWER See Figure 1. The safe use of this product requires an understanding of the information on the tool and in this operator’s manual as well as a knowledge of the project you are attempting. Before use of this product, familiarize yourself with all operating features and safety rules. -

ASSEMBLING THE BLOWER TUBE See Figure . Align the flat side of the blower tube with the flat side of the blower. NOTE: Homelite logo will be face up. Push blower tube into blower housing until the tube latch snaps into place. -

Recommended fuel: This engine is certified to operate on unleaded gasoline intended for automotive use. Mix Homelite Premium Exact Mix lubricant with gasoline according to the instructions on the package. If Premium Exact Mix lubricant is not available, use a high quality synthetic 2-cycle engine lubricant, mixed at 2.6 oz. -

Watch out for children, pets, open windows, or freshly washed cars, and blow debris safely away. Use the full blower nozzle extension so the air stream can work close to the ground. After using blowers or other equipment, CLEAN UP! Dispose of debris in trash receptacles. -
