  • Page 13 The GROUND LIFT switch is used to isolate the signal ground of your equipment coming into the GCS-2 from the signal fed to the console. This avoids line frequency hum in your audio signal. The other switch is a signal level switch that allows the GCS-2 to send either a high-level signal (LINE LEVEL) or a low-level signal (MIC LEVEL) to the console.
