Update and back up

You can reset your tiptel 83 VoIP by using the web interface as follows:

WEB → VoIP Phone Menu → System Manage → Factory Reset

In case you lost or forgot your password for web configuration you can restore fac-

tory default as follows:

Remove the AC adapter or the network cable (in case you are using PoE) and plug

it back in again while holding down the # key.

Now on your Windows PC open the command prompt window and enter:

telnet 192.168.10.1

Please make sure that your Windows PC is in the same network as this IP ad-

dress (192.168.10.xxx). Access is made via the WAN port.

Now you will see a menu in which you can reset the configuration.
