The Sirius XM Radio Onyx Plus requires a specific home power adapter with an input of 100-240 V AC, 50-60 Hz, 0.4 A, and an output of 5.2 V DC, 1.6 A. Using a compatible plug with the same specifications should work, but the home plug is designed for proper operation.
