PROBLEM
The Wine Opener is not
charging or holding a charge .
The Wine Opener ran out
of power and stopped in
the middle of removing a cork .
There are pieces of cork stuck
inside the Wine Opener .
SOLUTION
The contacts are not touching to charge .
Make sure the LED LIGHT illuminates
when you place the Wine Opener on
the CHARGING BASE .
Rotate the Wine Opener counter-clockwise
to back the corkscrew out of the cork .
Place the Wine Opener back on the
CHARGING BASE to recharge .
Press the SWITCH
the cork pieces .
to dislodge
