HOW TO USE Plug the Chocolate Fondue Fountain into a wall socket and switch on at the mains. On the Chocolate Fondue Fountain turn the switch on the right (WARM) to switch the heater Let the unit warm up for at least 3 - 5 minutes before adding the melted chocolate. PREPARING THE CHOCOLATE The quickest way to prepare chocolate for the fountain is by melting the chocolate in the microwave first. -

TROUBLESHOOTING PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE/REMEDY Chocolate is dripping, not flowing Chocolate is too thick - Thin with vegetable oil. Unit is not level - Adjust the front feet to level the unit so that the chocolate is evenly distributed around the tower to ensure proper sheeting Chocolate is flowing unevenly, and Unit is not LEVEL: level unit, by adjusting... -

RECIPIES Manufacture Weight per Weight Oil Added Preparation Used Pre-formulated 900g 900g Melt 450g for 1 minute in a microwave. After 1 minute stir thoroughly. Belgium Dark required If needed place back in the microwave for 30 Chocolate seconds and repeat until melted. Repeat procedure with other 450g of 59% cocoa solids chocolate. - Page 7 200g 800g 4floz Melt 400g mixed with 2floz of oil for 1 minute. Tesco After 1 minute stir thoroughly to combine the oil Value and chocolate. Chocolate If needed place back in the microwave for 30 seconds and repeat until melted. Repeat procedure with remaining 400g of chocolate.
- Page 8 CLEANING Make sure the unit is unplugged before cleaning. Allow parts to COOL to the touch. Tower, auger, and base can get VERY HOT. Before first use and continuing after each use, be sure to wash the tower, and auger thoroughly.
