- Page 2 Trans-It has U3 smart drive functionality, which allows storing U3 software programs on the drive. You can run U3 programs that are stored on Trans-It at any PC without installing them on the PC. Trans-It comes pre-loaded with certain U3 applications and you can add others to the drive. The U3 functionality is only compatible with Windows.
- Page 3 TDK TransIt icon in the My Computer window to access your Trans-It. 3. You can now save, copy and delete files on Trans-It in the same manner you would with a hard drive. Trans-It's LED will illuminate when data transfer is active.
- Page 4 2. Click on the Trans-It drive icon once Trans-It has been successfully mounted on your Mac. NOTE: A second Trans-It icon that looks like a disc may appear on your Mac. It is for the U3 functionality, which is not Mac compatible. You can disregard this icon.

If that doesn't help, try pressing F5 to refresh My Computer and Windows Explorer. If you have other drives installed on the system, Windows may try to install Trans-It as the same drive letter. Here is the fix: 1. Open Control Panel. - Page 6 1 year to the appropriate address below, will be replaced free of charge with either new or reconditioned Product. If the Product is no longer available, then it may be replaced with product determined by TDK to be of similar value and performance.
