Product Registration

To register your Rotadent Contour, please go
to rotadent.com or return the completed, self-
addressed card. Registering your Rotadent Contour
qualifies you to receive warranty coverage, important
updates and other special offerings from Zila.
How to Obtain Service

Warranty Claims

To submit warranty claims, please visit rotadent.com.
A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number will
be provided after your warranty claim submission.
Returns will not be processed without an RMA
number.

Warranty
For product warranty, please register at
rotadent.com or return the warranty card by mail
within 30 days of purchase. If you fail to register or
maintain your Rotadent as described, this warranty
is limited to one (1) year from the date of your
purchase or receipt from a dental office, so long as
you can provide proof of such purchase or receipt,
non-extendible by any replacement or repair. For
