Error Codes
The Comfort Control can alert the homeowner and installer to problems with the HVAC equipment or
Comfort Control by using error codes. When displaying an Error Code, the screen will display "Err"
and a bright red light will appear in the top-right corner of the comfort control. Refer to the Alert Code
Addendum (document number 18-HD32D2-1/69-2009) provided with comfort control, or contact
your authorized American Standard dealer.
