Setting Individual AXON body Cameras to Offline Mode

This procedure must be performed by your agency administrator.
1 Start the EVIDENCE Sync software and log in with your EVIDENCE.com username and password.

Connect the camera to the computer.
3 Click the Settings tab.
4 Next to Mode, Click Offline.
5 Click Save.
A pop-up message displays telling you that the device is now set to the offline mode.
6 Repeat steps 2–5 for each camera you want to set to offline mode.
Be sure to download and install EVIDENCE Sync software to each local computer where users will be
downloading their cameras.

Setting EVIDENCE Sync to Offline Mode

1 Start the EVIDENCE Sync software, but do not proceed to sign in.
2 Click Go Offline in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
3 Click OK. The software will close and re-open in the offline mode.
