Re: LX series - the backlight does not get bright and it's set to ON and MAX. Does a bulb need replacement? We have an identical second LX thermostat upstairs and the backlight is much brighter at level 4 or 5.

The York LX series thermostat backlight does not use a replaceable bulb. If the backlight is set to ON and MAX but is not bright, it may be due to a malfunction or settings issue rather than a need for bulb replacement. Check the setup settings and power supply.
