6. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

The waste disposer's functioning does not call for specific preliminary
procedures. Once it has been connected to the electric and plumbing circuits
and to the drainage system for waste, the waste disposer is ready for use,
following the procedures described below.

Switching on the waste disposer in stand-by

— Press the On/Off button. The waste disposer switches on and the red LED
on the Stop button comes on. The display flashes for a few seconds and
the acoustic signal emits three sounds to indicate that the waste disposer
is ready for functioning.

Select shredding cycle

— Press the shredding cycle button repeatedly
— The first time, the display will show the cycle currently selected
— Each time the button is pressed, the cycle changes and one of the three
cycle codes available is visible on the display:
• P1: rapid cycle (for small loads or fine waste)
• P2: medium cycle
• P3: long cycle (for larger loads or rough waste)
