My Triusteam keeps filling and draining continuously. I’ve counted as many as 4 cycles. The celenoid seems to be working in that it shuts off when filling then opens up to drain. Thanks for any advice.

The Honeywell TrueSTEAM may keep filling and draining continuously due to a faulty solenoid valve, a water level sensor issue, or incorrect wiring. If the solenoid is malfunctioning, it may not properly control water flow, causing continuous filling and draining. Checking the solenoid for proper operation, ensuring correct wiring connections, and verifying that the water level sensor is functioning correctly can help resolve the issue.
