10. Do not immerse the H2O Mop into water or other liquids. 11. Do not use with damaged cord or plug. If the H2O Mop is not working as it should, has been dropped, damaged, left outdoors, or immersed into water, return it to the distributor before continuing use. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or a similarly qualified person to avoid a hazard. -

The H2O Mop will not produce steam. Remove limescale deposits. 110~120V, 60HZ, 1500W Pale residue left on the floor. Caused by leaving the H2O Mop in the same 220~240V, 50/60HZ, 1500W position for too long. Can be removed with household white vinegar or a decalcifying product. -

The H2O Mop is a new way of cleaning that is 15) When the H2O Mop stops emitting steam, this will occur after approximately 20 minutes of use, turn off the effective and far more hygienic than conventional methods. - Page 6 . Leaving the H2O Mop in a stationary position for a longer period than recommended may cause the build up of a pale residue.

Questions and answers
Is the tubing within the water tank suppose to be attached somewhere at the bottom of the tank? Last time I tried to use it, no steam came out of the floor unit.
I have the H2O model OEM-TV-001. It stop steaming. what should I do? Also there is a small tube in the water bottle what should I attach it to? Note: I did not use the machine for a while now. It turns on but will not steam. @. Can I take it some where to have it checked out? I live in Toronto.
