This section explains about general LG NAS maintenance and self-diagnosis.

LG NAS shut down/reboot

The following steps pertain to server shut down/reboot.
① Inform all connected users to save files in operation and stop use of the LG NAS.
② Open the administrator web page, and go to the 'System > Power > Shutdown'
tab. According to the description, pressing the 'Restart' button, the system can be
restarted or shut down.
For a compulsory shut down of the LG NAS, press the power button for 5 seconds. A
beep will sound once and LG NAS shut down will follow.
