Troubleshooting

If the glasses don't turn on, charge the glasses for at least 5 minutes. In case the
glasses are not used for prolonged period of time, the battery may be discharged.
The glasses don't work: make sure that the glasses are turned on and that the
external emitter (in case your TV needs one) is plugged into the TV.
If the glasses are turned on but problems persist try to turn off the ambient lights
or shade the windows if intensive sunlight is present.
Make sure that the IR emitter on the TV is not blocked by some object.
Make sure that the viewing angle and distance between the glasses and the IR
emitter is not too large.
Try to reduce backlight / brightness level on your TV.
