This is a Network Camera with a built-in MPEG-4 CODEC and Streaming Server. It uses an MPEG-4 CODEC as the Video Compression method and has a built-in Streaming Server which allows you to monitor and record real time images in remote places over the Internet.

So, reset hardware and connect PC with THE CAMERA through cross cable and ping test by “192.168.1.7”.
