The C arbonation Level isset t oLevel 2atthe factory. Ifthe sparkling water tastes too strong or
too weak, change the carbonation level. Level 1provides amilder carbonation, Level 3astronger
carbonation.
• Ifthere i sapower interruption when t he refrigerator ismaking sparkling water, the refrigerator may
re-start the carbonation process when p ower returns and put t oo much carbonation into the water.
Ifthis occurs, we recommend throwing out t he overly carbonated water and starting the process
again.
• The lifetime ofthe CO 2cylinder can vary, depending on the Carbonation Levels you choose.
Turning Off the Sparkling Water Function
To turn off the Sparkling Water function, press the Cubed/Crushed button for 3 seconds.

Any sparkling water remaining in the Sparkling Water tank after you have turned off the Sparkling Water
function can still be dispensed.
Replacing a Cylinder
When the taste of sparkling water is weak or non-existent, replace the current cylinder with a new
cylinder. To replace a cylinder, follow these steps:
1. Lift up the Lever holding the cylinder in place,
2. Pull the Cylinder out of the Support,

3. Rotatethe Cylindercounterclockwise to remove it from the Regulator.
4. To installa new cylinder, follow the directions for installing a cylinder starting at Step 2 inInstallinga Cylinderinto
the Refrigeratoron pages 17 and 18.
