1. FAN ONLY (DEFROSTING) OPERATION Ensure that the timer is set to manual. (Press button 4.) • Set the multi function knob to fan only. In this mode the fan at the back of the oven • will circulate air at room temperature, substantially reducing the defrosting period required for frozen food placed in the oven. -
