CAUTION
Should an oven fire occur, close the oven door and turn
the oven OFF. If the fire continues, use a fire
extinguisher. DO NOT put water or flour on the fire. Flour
may be explosive.
CAUTION
• The broiler pan and the insert (some models) allows
grease to drain and be kept away from the high heat
of the broiler. DO NOT use the pan without the insert.
DO NOT cover the insert with aluminum foil; the
exposed grease could ignite.
• To insure proper results when broiling use ONLY
Electrolux Home Products, Inc. approved broil pan &

Err comes on while self cleaning
A Frigidaire electric range may display an error during self-cleaning due to a faulty thermostat that cannot properly assess the oven temperature. Additionally, if the range uses an electronic control board to manage voltage to the heating elements, a malfunctioning board could also prevent self-cleaning. The board itself cannot be easily tested but can be inspected for signs of burning or shorted components.
