Move the lift lever to the level adjustment position (Figure 25). Put the mower drive belt around the stack pulley.

MAINTENANCE HOW TO LEVEL THE MOWER HOUSING If the mower housing is level, the blade will cut easier and the lawn wilt look better. WARNING: Before you make an inspection, adjust- ment, or repair to the unit, disconnect the wire to the spark plug.
MAINTENANCE HOW TO REPLACE THE MOTION DRIVE BELT Install the belt guide at the middle idler pulley. Make sure the back of the motion drive belt is against middle idler pulley. REMOVAL Check the routing of the motion drive belt (Figure 32).

MAINTENANCE HOW TO REPLACE THE MOWER DRIVE BELT Pull the belt retainer away from the left mandrel pulley. Put Remove the mower housing.
