to make any of your favorite yeast dough recipes or use those provided
in
the Easy Baking
cookbook.
This easy to set, programmable
feature, allows you to set the length of or
eliminate
the second kneading
and rising cycles according
to your redpe.
Since you are also able to eliminate
the baking and cool down cycles, use the Multi-Logic
TM
program
to
make yeast doughs
for bagels, pizza, Danish pastr_
etc.

Properly
position
the dough blade and pan.

Add ingredients
in the order given in the recipe.

First put dry yeast in the pan. For best results, add
dry yeast near the edge of the pan.

Add remaining
ingredients.
All ingredients
must
be at room temperature,
unless
otherwise
sped-
fled.
Press SELECT until the indicator
light for MULTI-
LOGIC
TM
is ]it.
Press MULTI-LOGIC
TM
so that the kneading
indi-
cator light flashes.
Press "H" (V) or "M" (A) until the second kneading
time you desire appears
on the display.

Press MULTI-LOGIC
TM
to lock in. Rising indicator
]Lightflashes.
Press "H" (_') or "M" (A) until the second rising
time you desire appears
on the display.

Press MULTI-LOGIC
TM
to lock in. Baking indicator
light flashes.
|
Proceed with the same steps as given in 9 and 10.
If baking is set at "0" minutes,
the cooling cycle wili
automatically
be cancelled.

If an error is made
during
programming,
press
MULTI-LOGIC
TM
and re-program.
Press START.
Dough
or bread will be ready
according
to the
program
you have created.
|
If bread is being baked
in the Bread Machine,
it
will automatically
cool down for approximately
15 minutes.
