Front control This is a feature in all Philips monitors which allows an end-user to adjust screen performance of monitors directly though an on-screen instruction window. The user interface provides user-friendliness and ease-of-use when operating the monitor.

The default is English, but you can select French, Spanish, German, Italian, Simplify-Chinese, Korea, Brazilian or Portuguese. BRIGHTNESS To adjust your screen's brightness, follow the steps below.

At the submenu, type the letter of your computer's floppy disk drive followed by :EDID301 (for example, A:\EDID301, as shown in Fig. 5). There is no Hardware DDC (DDC IC) anymore. Main EEPROM stores all factory settings and DDC data (EDID code) which is so called Software DDC.
