Possible reasons for no spark on an Echo PB-250LN include:
1. Faulty Ignition Coil – Even if tested within specs, it may still fail under load. 2. Improper Coil Gap – Ensure correct spacing between the coil and flywheel. 3. Damaged Woodruff Key – A worn or sheared key can affect timing. 4. Defective On/Off Switch – Though tested, disconnect it to rule out failure. 5. Bad Spark Plug – Use only the recommended NGK BPM-8Y (or BPMR-8Y in Canada). 6. Grounding Issue – Ensure all grounding points are clean and secure. 7. Internal Engine Issues – A deeper mechanical failure may be preventing spark.
Checking each component systematically should help identify the issue.
