Description
Adds a disk to a Rapid Disk Resync (RDR) virtual disk.
Splits an RDR plex from the RDR virtual disk and presents the plex in
Windows Disk Management as a new disk. All the volume data on the
original RDR disk is available from the new disk.
Resets the MTBF to infinity, the number of faults to 0, and the time of last fault
to never.
Loads the ASN configuration file created from the ActiveService Manager.
Creates a new ftGateway group using a customer-supplied name for the
group.
Deletes the RDR configuration from a physical disk, thereby removing it from
the RDR virtual disk.
Makes the deported disk a clone of its RDR virtual disk partner. Creates
backup disks and spare bootable RDR virtual disks.
Captures a snapshot dump of a running system without significantly
interfering with system operation, and displays the status of the operation.
Determines and lists all PCI resources associated with this component.
Creates the folder PCI Config Spaces under the component folder in the
Console tree. The PCI Config Spaces folder contains PCI Device and PCI
Bridge folders. Click these folders to see the PCI properties in the Details
pane. When you exit ftSMC, the PCI Config Spaces folders close
permanently. You can regenerate the folders in a new ftSMC session.
Generates a full inventory report on a non-ASN system.
Takes the component out of service (offline) and turns off power to it. You
cannot use this action on a simplex component. The component must be
online and duplex, offline with firmware update complete or diagnostics
passed, or broken or shot. You are warned that shutting down this component
may adversely affect performance and system fault tolerance, and you are
prompted for confirmation.
