Troubleshooting
The firmware update for Symphony I/O failed:
Symphony I/O's included USB cable must be connected to a USB 2.0 port in order to update the firmware from your
Mac. If you have a Mac with only USB 3.0, you will need to use a USB hub in-between the Mac and Symphony I/O.
Status LED is green but the device is not recognized
in System Preferences or Audio MIDI Setup
• Verify the port selection is set correctly (port 1 if only 1 interface is connected, port 1-2 if more than one)
• Restart your Mac
