You will not forget to turn off the FM radio if you use sleep
operation.

Perform steps 2 - 4 on page 40.

Within 10 seconds, move the menu button toward
+ or - to select "Sleep", and press it.

Within 10 seconds, move the menu button toward
or to adjust the time, and press it.
1 - 3 Hour: The unit turns off after the set time
elapses.
OFF: Sleep operation does not work.
" The setting is completed.
" The playback screen returns after 10 seconds.
To cancel the sleep operation
Turn off the unit (see page 8).
To cancel without turning off the unit, perform steps 1 - 2
and select "OFF" in step 3.
Note:
After the sleep operation, the setting is cancelled.

You can use the unit as a USB storage device as follows:
1 Connect the unit to a PC (see page 11).
2 Open "My Computer" and save the selected data
to the unit (indicated as "Removable Disk").
