a Dolby Digital decoder.
If output is DTS encoded audio, connect to a DTS
decoder.
If output is encoded audio for both Dolby Digital and
DTS, connect to the decoder which encodes multiple
audio sources.
Connecting to an MD deck or DAT deck.
If not connected to any external devices.
