Apps on your Sharp AQUOS LC-60C6400U may not work despite being connected to Wi-Fi due to several potential reasons:

1. Network Speed: The delivery speed of applications depends on the network speed. If your Wi-Fi connection is slow or unstable, apps may fail to load or function properly.

2. Regional Restrictions: The available applications vary depending on your country or region. If an app is unavailable in your area, it may not work.

3. Third-Party Content Issues: These applications are provided by third-party content providers. Problems or restrictions on their servers or services can affect app functionality.

4. Setup or Configuration: The app may require additional setup or configuration. Check the provider's website for specific instructions.

5. Software Issues: Outdated software or firmware on your TV may cause compatibility issues with the apps. Ensure your TV is updated to the latest version.

Check these factors to identify and resolve the issue.
