    Use of the optional AC adapter kit (K-AC117) is recommended if you intend to use the camera for a long time or connect it to a computer. _pler Make sure that the camera is turned off and open the battery/card cover. Remove the Battery.

Data may be lost if either becomes disconnected while data is being recorded on the SD Memory Card or the built-in memory.

  • Page 49 Precautions When Using an SD Memory Card • The SD Memory Card is equipped with a write-protect switch. Setting the switch to LOCK prevents new data from being recorded on the card, the stored data from being deleted, and the card from being formatted by the camera or a computer.
