Most treadmill
problems
can be solved by following
the simple steps below. Find the symptom
that
applies, and follow the steps listed, if further assis-
tance is needed, see the front cover of this manual.
SYMPTOM: The power does not turn on
a.
Make sure that the power cord is plugged into a
surge suppressor, and that the surge suppressor is
plugged into a properly grounded outlet (see page
14). Use only a single-outlet surge suppressor that
meets all of the specifications described on page
14. iMPORTANT: The treadmill
is not compati-
ble with GFCl-equipped
outlets and may not be
compatible
with AFCl-equipped
outlets.
b. After the power cord has been plugged in, make
sure that the key is inserted into the console.
C.
Check the power switch located on the treadmill
frame near the power cord. If the switch protrudes
as shown, the switch has tripped. To reset the
power switch, wait for five minutes and then press
the switch back in.

Having major issues with My Nordictrack commercial 1750 first showing a blue screen only and now not powering on at all. Trying to troubleshoot using the manual and online resources but the unit’s power switch only toggles from off or reset not off on and there is no reset button.

If the NordicTrack Commercial 1750 does not power on and shows a blue screen, follow these troubleshooting steps:

1. Verify Power Supply and Safety Key
- Ensure the treadmill is plugged into a working wall outlet.
- Test the outlet with another device to confirm it's functional.
- Insert the safety key properly.

2. Check the Circuit Breaker
- If the reset circuit breaker is tripped, flip it off and then turn it back on.

3. Examine the Power Switch
- Make sure the power switch is turned on.

4. Look for Error Codes
- If error codes appear, refer to the user manual for guidance on resolving them.

5. Fix White or Blue Screen Issues
- If the treadmill screen is stuck, it may need a reset or software update.
- Contact NordicTrack support for further assistance if the issue persists.

If these steps do not resolve the problem, consider reaching out to NordicTrack customer support.

My NTL14113C.2 doesn’t have touchscreen buttons for Wi-Fi or browser anymore. When I boot it up it goes by the Android screen too fast straight to iFit. How do I get to the Android screen so I can set up Wi-Fi and do a firmware update?
