Troubleshooting
problems
may
have similar
causes
and solutions,

CAUSE
SOLUTION
Excessive
current
draw
Low voltage/motor
ovedoad
Check
that power suppEy is adequate
and that compressor
is on a
trips
circuit
breaker
of
dedicated
circuit.
If using extension
cord,
try using without.
If
motor
reset
switch
compressor
is connected
to a circut protected
by a fuse, use dual
element
time delay fuses
(Buss
Fusetron
type "T" only).
Drive belt too tight
Readjust
belt tension
Restricted
air passages
Inspect
and replace
transfer
tubes or check
varve, as required.
Compressor
stalls
Low voltage
motor
Furnish
adequate
power.
Bad check
valve
Replace
the check
valve.
Seized
pump
Contact
authorized
service
center.
Low discharge
pressure
Air leaks
Tighten
or replace
