NOTE:This baggerkit includestwo setsof blades,one set is for
the50" deck and the otheris for the54" deck.Basedon the deck
that youhave, installone of the followingblade sets.The blades
can be identifiedbythe part numberstampedon eachblade:

Securewith the hexflange nut removed earlier.Usea torque
wrenchto tightenthe hexflangenut between70 to 90 foot-
pounds.
6.
Movethe woodblockto eitherthe left or rightbladefor stabiliza-
tionand removeand replacethecenter bladeso that sideof the
bladewith partnumberfacesthe groundwhenthe moweris in the
operatingposition.
NOTE:Savethethreebladesyoujust removed to useas replacements
or to reinstallon thebladespindleswhennotusingthe baggerkit.
installing the Deck Baffle
NOTE: If the deck isstill flippedupsidedownwith the bladesexposed,
itmay be easiestto flip the deck backoverto completethe following
installation of the deck baffle and chutestop bracket.
1.
Removetwo of the self-tappingdeck screwson the front rightside
of yourdeck.
2.
Installthefront deck baffle usingtwo 710-3015 hex boltsand 712-
04064flangelock nuts from hardwarepack689-00163included
with this baggerkit. See Fig. 18.
NOTE:This baggerkit includes t wo deck baffles,one baffle isfor the
50"deck and the otherisfor a 54"deck. Basedon thedeck that you
have,installone of the followingbafflesusingthe directedhardware.
The bafflesmay be identifiedby lookingat the parts list Page.

Installing the Chute & Front Discharge Plates
1.
Removethe dischargechute by removingthetwo flangelock nuts
securingit.
2.
With a hammer,lightly tap the boltsout. Discardthe boltsand
flangelock nuts.
3.
Installthe chutedischargeplate,and the frontchute discharge
plate, to the bottomsideof thedeck opening,as seenin Fig. 19,
usingtwo carriagebolts (710-3168) suppliedin hardwarepack
689-00163.

Replacethe dischargechuteand securewith two flangelock nuts
includedin the same hardwarepack.

Securelytightenthe hardwareat this time.
