MULTI ACCESS
MULTI ACCESS
Multi access is when mutiple functions are used simultaneously.
(Example)
In multi access, jobs where the user operates the unit directly have the highest priority.
Direct access
Copying, scanning a document for sending (fax function), direct sending (fax function)
Remote access
Printing data (printer function), printing fax data (fax function), normal fax reception (fax function), etc.
For example, if you have a copying job in progress, received faxes are not immediately printed. When
copying is finished, the faxes are printed. (You can, however, interrupt a copying to print a fax if necessary).
Note
For detailed information see the "Table of possibilities for simultaneous processing under multi access"
in this section.
When paper runs out during printing...
Load paper, and printing continues with the data that was being printed before the paper ran out.
