Changing the display
You can check the sound field, etc., by
changing
the information
on the display.
Be sure to use the buttons
on the receiver
for
this operation.
Press DISPLAY repeatedly.
Each time you press tile button,
tile display
changes
cyclically
as follows.
All inputs except the FM and AM
band and XM Radio
Index name of the input a) -"'+ Selected

a/index name appears only when you have assigned
one to tile input or preset station (page 62, 76).
Index name does not appear when only blank
spaces have been entered, or it is tile same as tile
input name.
Usingthe SleepTimer
You can set the receiver
to turn off
automatically
at a specified
time.
Press SLEEP repeatedly while the
power is on.
Each time you press the button,
the display
changes
cyclically
as follows:
2-00-0{1 --* 1-30-00 --+ 1-00-00 --+ 0-30-00
--* OFF
When sleep timer is activated, the display
dims.
Note
If vo/1 press :lily btltlons
on
tile remote
or
receiver
after the display dims. the display brightens up.
After :1while, the display dims again if no button is
pressed.
Tip

To check tile l'emaining time before the receiver
turns off, press SLEEP. The remaining time appears
O
on the display. If you press SLEEP again, the sleep
timer will be canceled.
