Epson provides GEM drivers for these resolutions:

Installing the Drivers
Follow the steps below to install the display drivers. If you have
already installed GEM 3.0 on your computer, go to step 2 to
install the GEM driver. If you have not yet installed GEM 3.0,
begin with step 1.
1. Use the instructions in the GEM documentation to install
GEM, version 3.0, and select IBM 16-color
( 6 4 0 x 4 8 0 ) o r C o m p a t i b l e a s y o u r m o n i t o r .
Insert the GEM 3.0 System Master Disk in drive A and log
onto drive A. Then type the following and press
GEMPREP
Follow the instructions displayed on the screen
the GEM installation.
2. Follow the steps below to create a GEM driver pack disk.
First, remove the Master disk from drive A and insert a
blank diskette.
3. Format the diskette using the MS-DOS FORMAT
command or the Epson MENU Utility. (See your MS-DOS
Reference Manual for instructions.) FORMAT prompts
you for a volume label by displaying the following:
Volume label (11 characters, Enter
for none?)
