Suggestion
Make sure the power adapter is securely plugged
into the back of the weather radio and into the
wall outlet.
Make sure batteries are installed in case of a
power failure.
Check VOLUME control to ensure volume is
turned up to an audible level.
Ensure the telescoping antenna is up and fully
extended.
If you are using an external antenna, ensure it is
connected properly.
Ensure the radio is set to the weather channel in
use in your area.
Contact the broadcasting station to ensure they
are presently broadcasting.
If in a metal structure, make sure you are close
to a window.
If in a weak signal area, you will need an
external antenna.
Check to see that you have programmed in the
correct S.A.M.E. code(s).
Check that the tower nearest you is
broadcasting.

HOW CAN i REDO THE SET UP IF i MESSED UP?
To reset the setup on a Midland WR-120 weather radio:
1. Unplug the radio from the wall.
2. Ensure the batteries are good. If the display is blank, replace the batteries.
3. With the radio unplugged and working batteries installed, remove one battery.
4. While replacing the battery, press and hold the WEATHER/SNOOZE button.
5. Keep holding the button until the display shows that the WR-120 is reset.
6. Release the WEATHER/SNOOZE button and proceed with reprogramming the radio.
This will restore the radio to factory settings.
