Taking Pictures Important: Read Before Use The COOLPIX S2 is not waterproof, and should never be immersed in water. It is water and dust tight, giving it water resistance equivalent to IEC 60529 IPX4 (“splash proof”). Its enclosures are intended for use indoors and outdoors to pro- tect the enclosed equipment against water splashed from any direction.
