Call Hold Retrieve

Allows you to retrieve a call that has been placed on hold by another extension.
Retrieving an outside call on hold

Lift the handset

Retrieving an intercom call on hold

SP-PHONE/MONITOR.
Conditions
• "Call Park" and "Exclusive Call Hold" cannot be retrieved by this feature.
• You can hear a confirmation tone when the call is retrieved by entering the feature
number.
