If any component fails or indicates a pre-failure condition, HP Support will require the
following information:
HP NetServer Agent version level
HP TopTools for Servers version level
Product serial number(s)
Product model name(s) and number(s)
Applicable error messages or pre-failure alert
Add-on boards or hardware
Third-party hardware or software
OS/NOS type and revision level
