1. Use the IP Address: Ensure you use the IP address of your computer instead of the hostname when configuring the scan settings on the bizhub C220.
2. Create a Shared Folder: On your computer, create a folder for scanned documents and share it with the necessary permissions.
3. Configure SMB Settings on the Printer: - Access the bizhub C220 web interface or control panel. - Navigate to the SMB scan settings. - Enter the shared folder’s network path (e.g., `\\192.168.x.x\scans`). - Provide the correct login credentials for accessing the shared folder.
4. Verify Credentials: Ensure that the username and password used for authentication match the ones required to access the shared folder.
5. Test the Connection: Perform a test scan to confirm the setup is correct and troubleshoot any "Server Connection Error" messages.

Need help setting up scanning from the c220 to a folder on my computr
1. Use the IP Address: Ensure you use the IP address of your computer instead of the hostname when configuring the scan settings on the bizhub C220.
2. Create a Shared Folder: On your computer, create a folder for scanned documents and share it with the necessary permissions.
3. Configure SMB Settings on the Printer:
- Access the bizhub C220 web interface or control panel.
