Playing tracks in a random order
As tracks (files) each time are selected randomly, music can be enjoyed without getting tired of it.
÷ When P.B.C. is ON for a Video CD, set it to OFF. ‰
÷ Random playback is not possible at the time of program playback mode. Please perform operation after
program playback has been canceled. E
÷ Use the remote control for operation.
Select the DVD/CD input.

Confirm that the PGM indicator is not lit.

Press the RANDOM key.
To select another track in the middle of playing one
Press the ¢ key.
To cancel random playback
Press the RANDOM key on the remote control
unit to go off the RDM indicator.

÷ Press the P.MODE key to go off the PGM indicator if it
is lit.

Each press of the RANDOM key switches the
random mode;
1 Random Playback (The RDM indicator lights up.)
2 Normal Playback (The RDM indicator goes off.)
RDM
÷ The "RANDOM" indication lights and random playback
starts.
÷ Random playback is canceled when playback is stopped.
÷ Playback stops after each track has been played once.
÷ The random playback can also be repeated by pressing
the REPEAT key on the remote control unit.
÷ Pressing the 4 key returns the playback position to
the beginning of the track being played.
÷ The RDM indicator goes off and the playback in order of
the tracks starts from the track being played.
