To open the Ice Master on a Samsung RF263BEAESR refrigerator, follow these steps:

1. Locate the ice bucket inside the refrigerator door.
2. Firmly grasp the ice bucket.
3. Pull the ice bucket straight out to remove it.

This will give access to the ice maker for maintenance or replacement.

My refrigerator is not cold enough. I clicked on the Fridge controls and it looks like according to the temperature that it should be cold (around 7 C) but it still does not feel cold enough. What do I do? Model # RF263BEAESR/AA

If your Samsung RF263BEAESR refrigerator is not cold enough despite the correct temperature setting, try the following steps:

- Ensure the refrigerator is not in direct sunlight or near a heat source.
- Check that the back of the refrigerator is at least 2 inches away from the wall for proper ventilation.
- Verify that the set temperature on the digital display is colder than the inner temperature. If not, adjust it to a lower setting.

If the issue persists, further troubleshooting may be needed.

The ice maker on the Samsung RF263BEAESR refrigerator may not be dispensing ice due to ice buildup, which is a common problem with this model. The document describes that the ice maker frequently ices up, preventing proper function. To address this, the refrigerator can be forced into defrost mode by pressing and holding the Energy Saver and Fridge buttons for 8–10 seconds, then selecting "FD" for forced defrost. If the issue persists, replacing the ice maker may be necessary.
