Rotate the power supply
3. Disconnect any cables connected to the card.
4. Remove the screw from the card-mounting bracket.
5. Grasp the card by its top corners, and ease it out of its system-board
card connector.
6. If you are removing the card permanently, install a metal filler bracket
over the empty card-slot opening in the computer.
NOTE: Installing filler brackets over empty card-slot openings is necessary to
maintain Federal Communications Commission (FCC) certification of the system.
The brackets also keep dust and dirt out of your computer.
Memory
To install a memory module:
1.
Remove the computer cover
2.
Rotate the power supply
3. If necessary, remove a memory module:
a. Press out the securing clip at each end of the memory connector.
b. Grasp the module and pull up.
