Common issues

System won't turn on

Solution
Hold power button down for five seconds minimum
Flip power switch to "I" state
Press UPS power button on
Plug UPS into AC power supply and ensure proper connection
between UPS and monitor eclosure via the AC mains cable
Go to Manage NTrainer > Settings > Push "handpiece"
button > Pair handpiece
Ensure that handpiece tubing is correctly connected to both
the monitor enclosure and handpiece and that the patient
receiver tube is twisted into place
Check the handpiece tubing and all connections for signs of
damage; replace if damaged
Remove and reattach patient receiver tube
Remove and reattach soothie pacifier, or replace the
soothie pacifier
Hard reset the system by turning off the power switch at the
back of the monitor enclosure; wait one minute, turn back on
and go through start up process again
Contact system admin for a password change
Contact system admin for a username change
